How to delete your data

SellitIQ is built and operated by Vioraen AI LLC.

Your SellitIQ account

Sign in, go to Settings → Your data and choose Close business (you'll type DELETE to confirm). Tap Download everything first if you want a copy. We remove your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).

Facebook and Instagram data

1. In SellitIQ, go to Settings → Connections and tap Disconnect next to the Page or Instagram account. The connection and its access token are deleted right away.
2. Or, in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find SellitIQ, tap Remove, and tick the option to delete data. Facebook tells us and we delete your connections automatically; you'll get a confirmation code you can check at app.sellitiq.com/meta-deletion.

Shoppers

If you bought from a shop that uses SellitIQ, open your customer page link from that shop and tap Download my data, or ask the shop to erase your personal information. If you have a SellitIQ shopper account, go to My account → Settings → Delete my account.
