This policy explains how Vioraen AI, the developer and publisher of SellitIQ, handles information when you use sellitiq.com and app.sellitiq.com. In short: we collect what we need to run your business tools, we do not sell personal information, and you stay in control.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email, business name and settings.
• Business data you add — products, photos, prices, costs, sales, invoices, expenses and notes.
• Your customers' details — names, contact details, addresses and order history that you or your customers enter, or that come from comments on lives you connect.
• Payment records — what was paid and how. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored by SellitIQ.
• Usage and device information — sign-in times, basic device and browser details, and error logs, used to keep the Service secure and working.

How we use it

• To run the features you use: claims, invoices, payments, shipping, reports and reminders.
• To send messages you ask for, such as invoices, reminders and your weekly report, plus important account notices.
• To keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
• To improve the Service using combined information that doesn't identify you or your customers.

Your customers' information

You are in charge of your customers' data and we handle it on your behalf. Use it only for your sales and the messages your customers expect, and keep your own privacy notice where the law requires one.

Who we share with

We share information only with services that help run SellitIQ, and only what they need: hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), shipping label providers, and AI processing for the AI features you choose to use. If you connect Facebook, Instagram or other platforms, information flows between SellitIQ and that platform as you direct. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

AI features

When you use an AI feature, the relevant content (for example, product photos or text) is sent to our AI provider to produce the result. We do not use it to train AI models.

How we protect it

• Each business's data is separated at the database level so one business can't see another's.
• Passwords are stored with strong one-way hashing, and two-step sign-in is available.
• Connections are encrypted, and every time our support team opens an account to help, it is recorded in your account's activity log.
• Financial records are append-only, so corrections are added instead of overwriting history.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. You can export it at any time and ask us to delete your account. After deletion we remove your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, plus your browser's storage for preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to object to some uses. Email us and we will help.

Children

SellitIQ is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email or in the app.
