Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vioraen AI (“we”, “us”), the developer and publisher of SellitIQ (the “Service”), available at sellitiq.com and app.sellitiq.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account and the accounts of helpers you invite.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. What the Service does

SellitIQ helps you list products, run live sales, take claims, send invoices, record payments, ship orders and keep business records. It is a tool: you remain the seller of record and are responsible for your products, prices, listings, shipping promises, refunds, taxes and following the laws and platform rules that apply to you (including the rules of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and any payment provider you use).

3. Payments to you

Card payments are processed by Stripe under your own Stripe account and Stripe's terms. Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Cash App payments are made directly between your customer and you; SellitIQ only shows your payment details and records what you confirm. We never hold your customers' money and do not take a percentage of your sales.

4. Plans, trials and billing

• The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Paid plans include a free trial. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan; your data is kept.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time in Settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
• If a payment fails we will tell you and give you a grace period before limiting paid features.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

5. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest product descriptions, prices, themes and insights. Suggestions can be wrong. Review them before you use them; you are responsible for what you publish and charge. AI use counts against your plan's monthly AI credits.

6. Your content and data

You own the content and business data you put into SellitIQ. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run and improve the Service for you. You can export your data and ask us to close your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited items; to send spam; to collect data about people without a lawful basis; to break into or overload our systems; or to copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep SellitIQ available and your records safe, but the Service is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove a major paid feature we will give reasonable notice.

9. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. Where possible we will warn you first and let you export your data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vioraen AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, sales or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
