Good to know
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. The setup helper asks simple questions, fills in smart defaults and lets you run a practice live with pretend shoppers before your first real one. You can turn the helper back on any time in Settings.
How do Facebook and Instagram comments get in?
Connect your Facebook Page and Instagram business account and comments on your lives flow into the claims list. Facebook Groups and TikTok don't let apps read live comments, so for those your helper types claims into the live screen in a couple of seconds — or shoppers order from your shop page.
Does SellitIQ take a percentage of my sales?
No. You pay a flat monthly price (or nothing on the Free plan). Card fees go to Stripe; Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Cash App payments go straight to you.
What happens if my internet cuts out mid-live?
Claims typed on your phone or a helper's phone are saved on the device and sent as soon as you're back online. Each claim has its own ID so nothing is counted twice.
Can my helpers use it?
Yes. Invite helpers by email and pick what they can do — for example, type claims but not see your profits. Business plans include team helpers.
Can I bring my products from somewhere else?
Yes. Import products and customers from a spreadsheet (CSV) in a few clicks, or add items by photo or barcode.
Is my data safe?
Each business's data is walled off at the database level, passwords are strongly hashed, two-step sign-in is available, and the books can't be quietly edited — corrections are added as new entries. Read more in our privacy policy.
